How to Beat AI Video Interviews: A Guide to Common UK Questions

The first-round interview is changing. Instead of a 15-minute chat with a recruiter, you're now often sent a link to a one-way video interview. You record your answers to a set of pre-recorded questions, and increasingly, an AI for interviews does the first-pass screening.

1. "Tell me about yourself."

How to Answer: Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answer clearly.
