VacanCV provides AI-powered tools for job seekers and recruiters, including but not limited to CV generation, job tracking, and candidate matching ("Service"). The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content or the success of any job application.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the information you submit to the Service, such as your CV text and personal details ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VacanCV and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, in no event shall VacanCV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
