Direct, high-penetration sourcing targeting the passive talent pool of active Inventory Planners within a 20-mile radius of Lutterworth and Magna Park.
Data-driven salary alignment leveraging ONS Leicestershire logistics benchmarks to ensure highly competitive, high-conversion job offers.
A transparent, performance-engineered fixed-fee model of £795, delivering an average cost reduction of 89.6% compared to contingent recruiters.
Lutterworth, Leicestershire sits at the undisputed epicenter of the UK’s logistics Golden Triangle. With Magna Park commanding over millions of square feet of prime distribution space, the demand for high-caliber Inventory Planners is relentless. Yet, local employers remain trapped in an outdated recruitment paradigm, paying exorbitant 15% to 25% contingent fees to traditional agencies who simply recycle active candidates from generic job boards.
An experienced Inventory Planner in Lutterworth secures an average market salary of £38,500. Under a standard 20% agency agreement, this triggers a fee of £7,700 for a single hire. This is not a reflection of value; it is a geographic tax on your location. The VacanCV Total Saturation Process disrupts this legacy model by replacing percentage-based fees with an aggressive, omnichannel recruitment campaign for a flat, predictable fee of £795.
According to recent labor market statistics aligned with the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE) for the East Midlands logistics sector, inventory and demand planning roles in the LE17 postcode area command a premium due to localized competition from major global brands.
By leveraging real-time regional data, our process ensures your vacancy is positioned precisely within the sweet spot of candidate expectations. We don't just wait for applications; we use targeted digital search parameters that isolate and engage the top 15% of passive logistics professionals currently employed within Magna Park and the surrounding Leicestershire business parks.
The economic divergence between VacanCV and traditional recruitment models is stark. When you recruit an Inventory Planner in Lutterworth at the median salary of £38,500, the capital expenditure breaks down as follows:
| Financial Metric | Traditional Recruitment Agency | VacanCV Disruptive Process |
|---|---|---|
| Underlying Salary | £38,500 | £38,500 |
| Fee Structure | 20% Commission | Flat-Rate Campaign |
| Total Recruitment Cost | £7,700 | £795 |
| Net Cash Savings | £0.00 | £6,905 |
| Return on Investment (ROI) | Baseline | 868% Cost Improvement |
This massive discrepancy represents capital that should be reinvested into your supply chain system, software integration, or direct salary packages to attract absolute tier-one talent. Paying £7,700 for a standard administrative placement pipeline is no longer defensible in a modern, data-driven logistics market.
How does VacanCV deliver superior or equivalent candidate pools to a traditional agency at an 89% discount? Through automated, relentless market saturation. When we launch an Inventory Planner campaign in Lutterworth, we activate a multi-layered talent acquisition sequence:
You retain 100% control of the IP, all candidate data, and the freedom to hire multiple candidates from a single campaign at zero additional cost. This is the end of candidate hosting and the beginning of absolute talent acquisition dominance in Leicestershire.
