Eliminate traditional recruitment margins: Secure top-tier candidates for a flat-rate £795 fee, saving an average of £6,905 per hire against standard agencies.
Bespoke sourcing engineered for Brackley's high-performance sector, leveraging local logistics networks, automotive clusters, and advanced engineering hubs.
SGE-ready talent targeting that bypasses passive job boards to systematically headhunt active and semi-passive supply chain professionals.
In the high-velocity industrial landscape of Brackley, Northamptonshire—the global epicentre of motorsport engineering and high-performance logistics—inventory planning is not merely an administrative function; it is the core of operational viability. With proximity to the A43 corridor, Silverstone, and the wider M1/M40 logistics networks, Brackley-based firms require Inventory Planners who possess exceptional analytical precision, ERP fluency (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), and a rigorous understanding of Just-In-Time (JIT) supply chains.
However, the local recruitment market has been artificially constrained. Traditional recruitment agencies continue to demand standard 20% contingency fees, turning talent acquisition into an unjustifiable capital expense. We are here to dismantle that model.
According to recent labor market statistics sourced from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and regional economic surveys, the median salary for an experienced Inventory Planner / Inventory Controller in the Northamptonshire region stands at £38,500 per annum. For specialized roles interacting with advanced manufacturing or motorsport logistics, this figure frequently trends up to £42,000.
Under a traditional recruitment framework, a 20% placement fee on a standard £38,500 salary yields a bill of £7,700. This traditional model penalizes companies for hiring well-compensated talent, charging disproportionately high rates for transactional administrative work. VacanCV's disruptive model offers the exact same—and often superior—sourcing capability for a flat £795, representing an immediate £6,905 cost reduction (an 89.7% saving per placement).
Our Precision Recruiting Process does not rely on passive job board postings. To fill an Inventory Planner role in Brackley, we execute a multi-channel saturation strategy:
To put our service in perspective, let us analyze the hard ROI of a single hire. A standard agency charges a commission that scales with the salary, offering minimal additional value for the increased cost. VacanCV’s flat-fee model decouples the recruitment effort from the candidate’s salary:
| Metric | Traditional Recruitment Agency | VacanCV Process |
|---|---|---|
| Average Candidate Salary (ONS Baseline) | £38,500 | £38,500 |
| Fee Structure | 20% Contingency Fee | Flat Rate Sourcing Fee |
| Total Sourcing Cost | £7,700 | £795 |
| Guaranteed Cost Saving | £0 | £6,905 |
| ROI Factor (Savings vs. Investment) | 1.0x (Baseline) | 9.7x ROI |
By shifting to our process, a company hiring just three Inventory Planners annually recovers over £20,700 in bottom-line profitability. This is not just a cost-saving measure; it is a tactical competitive advantage that allows you to reinvest capital where it matters: in your supply chain efficiency and inventory optimization.
