The End of the 20% Recruitment Fee in Wellingborough.

The Economic Reality of HR Recruitment in Northamptonshire

According to current labor market statistics from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and regional employment indices, the average salary for a qualified Human Resources Manager in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, currently sits at £48,500. Under a standard recruitment agency contingency model charging 20%, local businesses are routinely billed £9,700 upon successful placement. This is an unsustainable tax on business growth.

VacanCV’s disruptive recruitment process bypasses this archaic commission structure entirely. By leveraging our proprietary multi-channel syndication platform, we execute a high-velocity, high-saturation campaign that targets both active and passive candidates across Wellingborough, Kettering, Northampton, and the wider East Midlands region. We charge a flat fee of £795—representing a massive £8,905 saving and delivering an unparalleled return on investment (ROI).

Total Market Saturation Process

Traditional recruiters rely on a slow, reactive database-searching methodology, often presenting the same tired pool of candidates who have been on their books for months. VacanCV’s Precision Process operates on total market dominance. The moment your campaign goes live, we use your HR Manager vacancy across 100+ premium job boards, local niche aggregates, and programmatic social channels. We do not wait for talent to find us; we actively intercept the 82% of qualified HR professionals in the local area who are open to new opportunities but are not actively searching job boards.

Wellingborough’s unique industrial and commercial landscape—dominated by logistics, engineering, and service sectors—demands an HR Manager who understands complex shift patterns, UK employment law compliance, and union relations. Our campaigns are precision-targeted to filter for candidates with verified experience in these highly specialized fields, ensuring you receive a curated shortlist of high-intent, highly qualified professionals.

Why the 20% Commission Model is Obsolete

The recruitment landscape has shifted. Technology and automated distribution systems have democratized access to talent. Yet, traditional agencies continue to charge fees based on a percentage of the candidate’s salary. This means you are penalized with a higher fee simply for hiring a more experienced professional. Our flat-fee £795 model aligns our incentives with yours: we deliver the best talent quickly, transparently, and cost-effectively, allowing you to reinvest your recruitment budget back into your business’s core operations.
