Mansfield's Leading Employers No Longer Pay £9,000 to Hire an HR Manager

The Mansfield HR Labour Market: A Hard Data Reality Check

According to recent Office for National Statistics (ONS) labour market data for the East Midlands, professional services and human resources vacancies in Nottinghamshire have seen a 14.2% year-on-year increase. Concurrently, the candidate supply pool has contracted by 8.7%. This talent squeeze has allowed traditional recruitment agencies in Mansfield to exploit local businesses with inflated percentage-based placement fees.

The median salary for a qualified HR Manager in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire currently stands at £45,000. Under a standard 20% agency contingency model, your business is billed £9,000 upon candidate placement. This pricing structure is entirely disconnected from the actual labour required to source, screen, and place that candidate. VacanCV disrupts this inefficient cycle by delivering a complete, high-performance candidate sourcing process for a flat fee of just £795—representing an immediate financial saving of £8,205 (91.1% cost reduction).
