Replaces outdated 20% percentage-based agency fees with a flat, transparent £795 recruitment model.
Combines local ONS market data with active headhunting to access the top 15% of Nottinghamshire's passive financial talent.
Guarantees total market saturation across all major job channels, aggregators, and local business networks within 24 hours.
For too long, businesses in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Mansfield, and the wider Nottinghamshire region have been held hostage by an outdated recruitment model. Traditional agencies charge a percentage of your new hire’s salary—meaning as inflation and wage pressures drive up salaries, you are penalized with higher recruitment costs for the exact same service. We are here to break that cycle.
Based on the latest data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE), the median salary for a qualified Financial Controller in Sutton-in-Ashfield and the East Midlands currently sits at £60,000, with upper-quartile professionals commanding up to £72,500. Under a standard 20% recruitment agency agreement, this represents a fee of £12,000 to £14,500 for a single placement.
Our model is built on simple, undeniable mathematics. We do not believe that finding a candidate in Nottinghamshire should scale with their compensation package. Our flat-fee service of £795 delivers total market saturation, outperforming traditional contingent recruiters at a fraction of the cost.

Traditional recruiters rely on passive databases, hoping the right candidate is registered with them. Our Total Saturation Process treats your vacancy as a market-dominating campaign. We don’t wait for candidates to find us; we saturate the local geography so completely that active and passive talent cannot ignore your vacancy.
Sutton-in-Ashfield’s unique position as a hub of manufacturing, logistics, and distribution within Nottinghamshire means that a local Financial Controller requires more than just standard accounting skills. They need to understand inventory controls, supply-chain margins, and capital expenditure planning. Our system is pre-configured to locate professionals with specific sectoral experience matching your business footprint, ensuring seamless onboarding and immediate operational impact.
