Disruptive Flat-Fee Model: Replace standard 20% contingency fees with a high-performance £795 execution process, saving you over £13,000 per hire.
Localized Market Dominance: Targeting Melton Mowbray's high-density food manufacturing, advanced packaging, and heavy engineering corridors (LE13 and Leicestershire).
ONS Data-Backed Validation: Engineered around real-time regional labor market metrics, guaranteeing access to the top 15% of active and passive engineering leaders.
The manufacturing and production heart of Leicestershire demands highly specialized leadership. According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Business Register and Employment Survey (BRES), manufacturing and advanced engineering account for an outsized 18.2% of local employment in the Melton borough—nearly double the UK national average of 7.9%. As Melton Mowbray's food production, packaging machinery, and high-precision engineering sectors continue to automate, the demand for high-caliber Engineering Managers has reached a critical inflection point.
Yet, local employers remain shackled by legacy recruitment practices. Traditional agencies exploit this talent squeeze by charging astronomical percentage-based fees. We believe that paying a headhunter more simply because a candidate commands a higher salary is a fundamentally flawed business model. Your recruitment costs should reflect the work done, not the salary negotiated.
Let us look at the cold, hard data. Current regional labor market analysis indicates that an experienced Engineering Manager in Melton Mowbray commands an average base salary of £70,000, with upper-quartile positions in high-speed automated environments reaching upwards of £85,000.
Under a standard 20% recruitment agency agreement, a single hire at this average salary incurs an immediate contingency invoice of £14,000 + VAT. If you are hiring multiple managers or scaling your maintenance and reliability departments, these costs compound exponentially, draining vital capital away from your operational budgets and R&D pipelines.
VacanCV operates on a paradigm of total market disruption. By utilizing our structured recruitment technology process for a flat fee of £795, you achieve identical—and often superior—candidate sourcing outcomes.
