Eliminate legacy 20% agency fees, saving an average of £14,205 per Engineering Manager placement in the Daventry district.
Data-driven targeting of passive and active engineering leaders across the golden triangle and DIRFT logistics/manufacturing hubs.
Full-scale market saturation process capturing verified technical talent aligned with ONS regional wage standards.
Daventry, Northamptonshire sits at the critical nexus of the UK's manufacturing, automotive, and logistics golden triangle. Anchored by the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) and high-performance engineering corridors, local demand for senior technical leadership is at an all-time high. Yet, local employers remain trapped in an extractive cycle: paying traditional recruitment agencies extortionate percentage-based fees to secure essential talent.
According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE), the median salary for an experienced Engineering Manager in the West Midlands/East Midlands border region—specifically within high-value manufacturing and logistics automation—ranges from £72,500 to £82,000. Under a standard 20% recruitment agency agreement, a single placement costs your business between £14,500 and £16,400. This is not a reflection of value delivered; it is a legacy tax on your growth.
We do not operate on margins of inefficiency. The VacanCV Total Saturation Process charges a single, transparent flat fee of £795. When evaluated against the regional average salary of £75,000 for a qualified Engineering Manager in Daventry, the financial comparison is stark:
By shifting from contingency-based agencies to our precision system, you reclaim £14,205 of capital per hire. This resource can be reallocated directly to salary optimization, sign-on bonuses, or capital equipment—giving you an immediate competitive advantage in a tight labor market.
The engineering landscape in Daventry is highly specialized. It requires leaders who understand high-speed automation, complex PLC environments, lean manufacturing, and robust preventative maintenance frameworks. The local talent pool is heavily chased by global logistics giants and tier-one automotive suppliers. Traditional recruiters rely on passive database matching, sending you the same recycled candidates who are already in active processes elsewhere.
Our Total Saturation Process bypasses the middleman. We use automated, multi-channel targeting across the entire Northamptonshire and Warwickshire catchment areas, intercepting active job seekers and systematically engaging passive talent who aren't on agency radars. We screen for critical technical competencies, leadership capability, and cultural alignment, delivering pre-vetted, highly qualified applicants directly to your internal team.
Lower cost does not mean lower quality. By removing the commission incentive, we eliminate the primary conflict of interest inherent in traditional recruitment: the incentive to push unqualified candidates just to close a high-value deal. Our objective is singular: to saturate the local market, identify the top 5% of available engineering talent, and hand over the direct relationship to you. You maintain absolute control over your hiring pipeline, supported by clean, real-time data and elite candidate flow.
