A direct comparison savings of up to £14,205 per placement compared to traditional contingency recruiters.
Engineered recruitment campaigns leveraging real-time ONS labor market data and precise geographic profiling within a 25-mile radius of Brackley.
Brackley, Northamptonshire, represents the epicenter of global high-performance engineering and motorsport technology. Positioned within the high-value manufacturing corridor, the demand for high-caliber Engineering Managers remains consistently elevated. According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) annual survey of hours and earnings, senior engineering roles within South Northamptonshire command a premium. The average base salary for an Engineering Manager in Brackley currently stands at £75,000, with top-quartile specialists in aerodynamics, precision tooling, and powertrain systems exceeding £90,000.
Under traditional recruitment models, hiring at this level is prohibitively expensive. Standard high-street and niche technical agencies charge between 15% and 25% of the candidate's first-year base salary. For a standard £75,000 placement, this equates to a recruitment fee of £11,250 to £18,750. This contingency model penalizes growth and drains capital from engineering departments that could otherwise be allocated to R&D, tooling, or direct headcount.
VacanCV operates on a disruptive, high-efficiency model designed to bypass the friction and inflation of traditional recruitment. Instead of charging commission on salary scales, we offer a flat-rate service of £795. Our Precision (Total Saturation Process) uses advanced programmatic advertising, systematic CV database mining, and targeted candidate outreach to identify and engage the top 10% of engineering leadership talent in Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, and Buckinghamshire.
Conventional agencies rely on passive CV databases and reactive inbound candidate pipelines. In highly competitive engineering clusters like Brackley—home to Formula 1 teams, tier-one automotive suppliers, and aerospace innovators—the best Engineering Managers are rarely actively looking on traditional job boards. They must be reached through precise, data-driven targeting.
Our methodology does not wait for candidates to apply. We programmatically target passive candidates matching your specific technological stack—whether that is CNC machining, additive manufacturing, embedded systems, or lean manufacturing methodologies. By bypassing the commission-hungry middleman, we pass the direct cost savings back to your bottom line.
The numbers speak for themselves. By substituting a 20% contingency fee with the VacanCV flat fee of £795, a business hiring an Engineering Manager in Brackley realizes an immediate ROI of over 1,700%. This is not a scaled-down service; it is a modern, software-driven, and highly optimized recruitment engine designed for modern engineering businesses that refuse to pay outdated legacy fees.
