Use a total saturation process that replaces outdated sourcing methods with multi-channel programmatic advertising and direct headhunting.
For too long, businesses in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire have been held hostage by recruitment agencies charging extortionate commissions. With the rapid growth of the creative and digital quarters in Nottingham—from the Lace Market to the Boots Enterprise Zone—the demand for skilled digital marketers has surged. Traditional agencies have capitalized on this demand not by delivering superior service, but by inflating their percentage-based fees. We are here to dismantle this legacy model.
According to recent labor market statistics derived from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and regional Nomis reports, the average salary for a mid-weight Digital Marketing Specialist in Nottingham currently stands at £38,500. Senior roles and specialized performance marketers frequently command salaries exceeding £50,000.
Under a traditional agency's pricing structure, a standard 20% finder's fee on a £38,500 salary forces you to write a check for £7,700. If you are hiring a Senior Digital Manager at £55,000, that fee skyrockets to £11,000. This is not a reflection of the work performed; it is an arbitrary tax on your company's growth.
We do not rely on passive CV databases or hope-based recruitment. Our Precision Saturation Process dominates the local market, ensuring your vacancy is positioned directly in front of active and passive digital talent across Nottinghamshire. We utilize advanced programmatic job distribution, targeted social proofing, and direct headhunting pipelines to capture candidates who aren't even looking at traditional job boards.
Our flat fee of £795 covers the entire campaign lifecycle. Whether you hire one marketer or three from the shortlist we build for you, the price remains exactly the same. We have stripped out the bloated overheads, commission-hungry account managers, and inefficient processes of traditional agencies to pass 100% of the savings back to Nottingham employers.
