Targeted search across Corby, Kettering, and the wider Northamptonshire logistics and e-commerce corridor.
Full compliance with ONS labor statistics, benchmarking local mid-level digital marketing salaries at £38,500.
Corby, Northamptonshire, is no longer just an industrial and logistical hub. Driven by the expansion of the Priors Hall area and the influx of high-growth e-commerce, distribution, and manufacturing enterprises along the A14 corridor, the demand for localized digital marketing talent has surged. According to recent data adapted from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE) for Northamptonshire, the average salary for a professional Digital Marketer in the region sits at £38,500.
For local businesses seeking to scale their online presence, build high-converting acquisition funnels, or manage multi-channel PPC campaigns, finding this talent locally is critical. However, the traditional recruitment industry has exploited this demand, charging exorbitant percentage-based fees that drain local business capital. We are here to end that exploitation.
Traditional recruitment agencies operate on a percentage-of-salary model, typically charging between 15% and 25%. On a standard Corby digital marketer salary of £38,500, a 20% agency fee translates to a bill of £7,700 for a single hire. This fee structure is decoupled from the actual labor required to source, screen, and place a candidate.
At VacanCV, we have re-engineered the process. By leveraging automated multi-channel syndication, predictive candidate matching, and localized targeting, we deliver the exact same high-caliber candidates for a flat fee of just £795.
| Cost Metric | Traditional Agency (20%) | VacanCV Process | Your Financial Advantage |

| Hidden Surcharges | Yes | No | Complete transparency |
